I am a climate journalist & audio producer based in New York City. I’ve hopped around quite a bit but here’s the TLDR:
Currently, I’m an Associate Podcast Producer at TED.
My work has also appeared in Oregon Public Broadcasting, The Nation, and WNYC’s The New Yorker Radio Hour. In addition, I oversee all production of The Good City —— a new urbanization and solutions-focused podcast by the Cornell Art, Architecture, and Planning School’s Mui Ho Center for Cities.
Outside of journalism, I really love:
- expanding my music taste
- arranging flowers
- sitting outside in the sun
- making kitchenware, sculptures, and other such useful things out of clay
- DJing
- learning to cook new recipes as a life-long vegetarian
- Citibiking over long distances
- people watching
- hyperfixating on various, random pieces of media (ask me what I’m thinking about right now. it changes a lot.)
